We offer Remote Support for any IT issue. Remote Support allows us to resolve your issues fast. Every member of your staff can submit a support ticket 24 hours a day 7 days per week using our help desk portal.

We are happy for any school to use our services on a need to use basis, most clients usually require holiday work such as;

  • Re imaging machines/laptops
  • Mobile device management ipad/tablet/phones
  • Asset Management
  • New IT setup ( ICT Suite or PPA Room)
  • Network Infrastructure Work ( network cabinet, cabling)
  • Migration work-platform to platform

We usually require notification for holiday work at least 2-3weeks before visit. However we understand emergency work cannot be planned so we will endeavor to respond & act as soon as we receive a request,

We also can help in unexpected emergencies such as

  • Viruses
  • Missing/deleted data
  • Internet failure
  • Server failure
  • Network failure

Network Health Check

Anika Tech Support helps you to detect any causes of poor performance and potential threats to your local area network. Our dedication and knowledge engineer will test and evaluate the performance of your nerves and provide an assessment highlighting key issues along with recommendations for improvement specifically for your school.

A Network Health Check visit will help you

  • Identify your switch makes and models with IP Addressing
  • Perform a scan of LAN to identify any issues along with discover cases
  • Attempt access to all switches to check they are all up to scratch and do individual health check on each switch
  • Identify usage levels and highlight near capacity problems
  • Check server Health as well as firmware &software
  • Identify any potentially dangerous power situations
  • Identify other networking hardware such as Wi-Fi and VoIP kit
  • Do an in depth survey of network sockets
  • Run a range of network sockets
  • Identify all fibre links and run tests
